Mental Health Resources
Leaders model and encourage everyone to care for their mental health and share resources available to support them.
With no formal cap on time you take away from work, employees are trusted to determine what time off they need and when. On average, ‘Minders take between ~3-6 weeks vacation per year.
Full-time eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of paid Parental Leave for a birth (including via surrogacy), adoption, or foster care placement.
CampMinder’s office is closed for nine holidays and we encourage employees to take other days off in honor of their heritage, religion, or anything else.
