What's the difference between Classic, Deluxe, and Professional?
Classic gives you the fundamentals — registration, forms, email, reporting. Deluxe adds a mobile-first parent experience through the Campanion app, plus communication automation like scheduled emails and a drag-and-drop editor. Professional includes everything in Deluxe plus advanced staff management and premium parent features like free facial recognition and photo downloads for all families.Together, you’ll assess your needs and camper enrollment to determine which suite of features is best for your camp.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many camps start with Classic, move to Deluxe as they grow, and eventually adopt Professional when they need enterprise features. Your data and setup carry forward — no starting over.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on factors unique to your camp, including things like a per camper framework. Your Account Executive will work with you to determine the right suite and price for your camp’s size and needs.
